Why 5Habits?

Life has a habit of getting complicated, so along with my business partner and brother-in-law Jez, I've gone deep into discovering which habits can simplify our lives and allow us to focus on the stuff that really matters (like happiness!).  â€‹We've learned what the world's most successful and contented people do every day to live better lives. 

 

It turns out that there are just five habit types, if practiced consistently, will significantly improve your health and happiness. So, we built the 5Habits App to help people discover, share, and embed habits that have the biggest impact in their lives, yet with the smallest amount of effort.

Your Coach

Just like you, I’m an everyday extra'ordinary' human, juggling life’s challenges and opportunities while helping myself and others live better. Over the past eight years, I’ve spent more than 6,000 hours researching human behaviour and coaching 2,000+ people. In 2022, I launched a health and wellbeing content platform along with a habit-tracking app. These experiences have established me as one of Australia’s foremost experts on happiness and habits.
